Walt Disney World
We Spent the Week of Labor Day 2007 at the Boardwalk Villas Resort
With Our Good Friends Ivan and Maritza
We met up with Ivan and Maritza in Orlando on Saturday evening,
September 1, 2007 for a one week vacation at Walt Disney World.
We decided to head to Downtown Disney for the evening,
making stops at Raglan Road, The Adventurers Club . . . .
. . . Bongos and The House of Blues . . . We enjoyed a
concert by Boney James at The House of Blues

Sunday . . . check in at The Boardwalk Villas . .then head to the ESPN Club for Lunch
ESPN Club for a couple cold ones and some pretty darn good food
Spent the afternoon chillin' at the villa and then enjoyed our own "home" cookin'!
as the sun goes down . . the lights come on . . . . the Boardwalk comes to life!
A fireworks display from EPCOT puts the finishing touches on a nice a relaxing Sunday.
Monday morning - on a boat ride to EPCOT
First stop at EPCOT was the Living Seas with Nemo and Friends
Entertainment by the Garbage Can Band as we head over to Test Track
. . . and we wound up the morning with a visit to Mission Space.
After lunch, we took off for an afternoon at MGM Studios
At MGM Studios there are always lots of street actors to entertain you
We topped of the day at Hollywood Tower and Aerosmith Rockin' Roller Coaster
Tuesday begins with a visit to Animal Kingdom
Where we rode the Everest Expedition roller coaster and listened to some African Rhythms
We enjoyed a nice lunch at Rain Forest Cafe
After lunch we took a ride on the monorail . . . .
. . . . To The Magic Kingdom
We went to the Laugh Floor and Carrousel of Progress
and we wrapped the day up at Pirates of the Caribbean
On Wednesday, we decided to spend most of the day by the pool
a nice quiet and relaxing day . . .weather was perfect
We stayed at "The Boardwalk" and had a very nice balcony view
Wednesday evening we headed downtown Disney to the Comedy Warehouse
Next was the Adventurers Club and We topped the evening with Irish music at Raglan Road
Thursday morning found us heading back over to EPCOT Center
Of course, a group photo in front of the Ball is a must. Ivan and Maritza find our photo on the Leave A Legacy Wall
We strolled thru the different countries, including Japan and Germany
with a stop at the Rose N Crown Pub for a pint of Guinness
Then back to the Boardwalk with entertainment by a Piano Bike Rider and a nice dinner.
Finally Friday - time to pack and check out of the Boardwalk . . . was a nice stay!!!
Luggage all stowed away, we decided to have one last poolside visit
a perfect way to relax on the last day of vacation
Before leaving town, we decided to have one last stop at Raglan Road for another pint.
All in all - a Great Vacation with Great Friends!!
